1. Information We Collect
BLOOMWAVE requires no sign-up or login, and we do not directly collect personally identifying information such as your name, phone number, or email address.
The app stores the following on your device only: best score per track, total cells cleared, longest chain, games played, unlocked tracks, which block skins you have unlocked and which one is selected, the remaining time on any track pass earned from an ad, Daily Challenge records and streak, settings (music, sound effects, haptics, Reduce Flashing, High Contrast, Light Mode, beat calibration, language), and purchase status. This information is never sent to a server and is deleted when you delete the app.
The app does not send your play records to our servers. No behavior-tracking analytics SDK is bundled, and in-game event records stay on your device. The advertising SDK below does measure ad delivery and performance on its own, however.
Data leaves your device only in the following cases.
- Advertising: your advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID) along with device and network information may be processed by our advertising providers.
- Purchase verification: when you buy something, the product ID and the store-issued receipt are sent to our server to confirm the purchase is genuine.
- Leaderboards: if you are signed in to Game Center or Play Games, your RUSH weekly and Daily Challenge scores are submitted to that service.
2. How We Use It
Information stored on your device is used only to display your records, calculate track unlock progress, keep your settings, and check purchase status.
Your advertising identifier is used for personalized ad delivery and ad performance measurement. On iOS you choose whether to allow this through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt shown when the app launches, and declining does not restrict any part of the game — you will simply see non-personalized ads.
Ads are primarily rewarded and shown only when you ask for them — continuing after a game ends, a booster for the next game, or trying a locked track (which then plays ad-free for 30 minutes). We do not use banner ads that cover the screen. An interstitial may appear rarely between games (never in your first session after install, and with a minimum interval); buying Remove Ads turns interstitials off.
Receipt data is transmitted solely to confirm that a purchase is genuine. What we send is limited to the app identifier, platform (ios/android), product ID, and the store receipt; nothing that identifies you is included. We read the verification result and do not retain the receipt.
Leaderboard scores are submitted solely for ranking display in Apple Game Center or Google Play Games. What is sent is the score and which leaderboard it belongs to (RUSH Weekly or Daily Challenge); your identity and display name are handled by those services according to your account settings.
3. Retention and Deletion
Information stored on your device remains there until you delete the app.
Receipts are used at the moment of verification and are not stored. Advertising, payment, and leaderboard data are retained and deleted according to each provider's own policy.
4. Third Parties
The app processes data with the following services.
- Unity LevelPlay · Unity Ads · ironSource (advertising and mediation): https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Apple App Store · Game Center (payments · leaderboards): https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy
- Google Play · Play Games (payments · leaderboards): https://policies.google.com/privacy
We do not provide or sell personal information to any third party other than the services above.
5. Children's Privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13 (under 14 in the Republic of Korea), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in that age group. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it without delay.
6. Your Rights
You can delete everything stored on your device by deleting the app.
You can change your ad tracking consent at any time in your system settings.
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads (reset advertising ID · opt out of personalized ads)
Deleting scores you have submitted to a leaderboard, or changing how your profile is shared, is managed in your Game Center or Play Games account settings.
For any other request to access, correct, or delete personal information, please email us at the address below and we will review and act on it.
7. Photosensitivity Notice
This app brightens the screen repeatedly in time with the music. Because of this, a notice is shown on first launch where you can choose to start with Reduce Flashing enabled. You can change this setting at any time in Settings.
This is not directly related to the processing of personal information, but we include it here because it concerns your safety.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will post the changes and the updated date on this page. For significant changes, we will also notify you inside the app.
